The conference dinner will be held on Wednesday, 22 November, at Nottingham Crowne Plaza, which is just down the road from the conference venue. The dinner will be directly followed by an evening talk/demo.



The conference will feature a Tuesday evening visit to the University of Derby where attendees will have the opportunity to explore the research of the Entertainment Engineering subject group, including interactive demonstrations of ambisonics, 3D audio for virtual reality, live sound reinforcement technology, applications of immersive audio in theatre, 3D audio through tissue conduction, plus much more! A buffet dinner with drinks will be provided free for all delegates.

For delegates who arrive in Nottingham on Tuesday, 21 November, a coach will be departing from the Nottongham Crowne Plaza to take you to Derby and will bring you back to the hotel later that evening.

For those who wish to drive to Derby, parking is available on site from 7pm onwards at the main Markeaton Street building, Britannia Mill and on the street. A detailed map can be found here. The address is:
